Bidder registration  – print and complete our bidder registration form. Bring your form to us during the viewing or before the auction starts and we’ll give you your personal bidder card! Or you can fill one out when you next come to see us.

Absentee bids.  If you can’t make it on auction day send us an e-mail telling us what item you’re interested in and how much your willing to bid for it. We’ll do the bidding for you and contact you if you’re the successful bidder. All absentee bids must be submitted by 10:30am on the Saturday of an auction. Thank you.

Telephone bids. If you can’t come to the auction but would still like to bid we offer a telephone bidding service for items expected to reach $500 or more.

Please note we are not an online bidding auction site. All our auctions are held live in our premises at Citilink Warehouse usually on the last Saturday of the month starting at 11am sharp.
