Photographs of all the items up for sale will be under Photographs (Sneak Peek) two days before the auction. The catalogue will also be released at that time.
Please Note: You can subscribe to our Newsletters by going to the “Be the 1st to Know” menu on the Front Page and putting in your email address. We will email you at least 2 days before the auction with links to the new Photographs and Catalogue – so you will be the first to know.
Bidder registration
Print and complete our bidder registration form. Bring your form to us during the viewing or before the auction starts and we’ll give you your personal bidder card! Or you can fill one out when you next come to see us.
Absentee bids
If you can’t make it on auction day send us an e-mail telling us what item you’re interested in and how much your willing to bid for it. We’ll do the bidding for you and contact you if you’re the successful bidder.
All absentee bids must be submitted by:
- 9:30am on morning of a Saturday auction.
- 6:30pm on the evening of a Wednesday night auction.
Telephone bids
If you can’t come to the auction but would still like to bid we offer a telephone bidding service for items expected to reach $500 or more.
Please note we are not an online bidding auction site. All our auctions are held live in our premises at Citilink Warehouse usually every 2nd Saturday at 10am sharp. The evening Auctions will open for viewing at 5pm with Auction commencing at 7pm.
