For Sellers, if you are unable to deliver your goods to our premises we offer competitive rates for pick-up. Collections are made island-wide between Mondays and Wednesdays.
Should you wish to deliver the items yourself, or hire your own contractor to do so, contact us to discuss timing – please note the office is open Monday to Friday 9:30am to 4:30pm. All consignments must be accompanied by a completed Consignment Contract and Submissions form available from our office.
For Buyers – If you are unable to take the item with you or arrange for delivery we offer competitive rates to deliver your purchased item to your home or office. Generally deliveries are made island-wide between Mondays and Wednesdays. Please note that all care is taken in delivery of items however occasionally losses or damages may happen. Our Service charges do not include compensation for these situations and in fact all domestic moving companies in Singapore do not guarantee or provide insurance coverage.
Expat Auctions advise our clients that if they wish to have third party insurance then you should engage an Insurance Company to provide this cover.
Our rates are available upon request.
Please note however that should your property be difficult to access (eg multi-storey building with no lift, no parking adjacent to entrance, height restrictions etc) we may be required to hire extra staff at extra cost to the client. This can be arranged prior to the pick-up or delivery of your items.
If you require our delivery service please let us know on the day of your purchase and we will make an appointment with you to deliver the item/s. Payment for delivery is required at the time of booking.
